After Macedonia failed to get a date for EU accession talks, the coalition partners of SDSM and Zaev began leaving the sinking ship. They started moving to the “Coalition for Renewal of Macedonia”. After meeting with the coalition partners, VMRO-DPMNE President Hristijan Mickoski said they were talking to some of them and they would become part of the “Coalition for Renewal of Macedonia”. At least two parties that are Zaev’s coalition partners plan to leave his coalition.
Answering a journalist question, Mickoski said that VMRO-DPMNE talks and negotiates with political parties that are part of Zoran Zaev’s coalition and SDSM to become part of the “Coalition for Renewal of Macedonia”.
Yes we have communication with other political parties in order to join the coalition, I saw some of those political parties yesterday in the company of Zoran Zaev, said Mickoski.
