Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that the coming European Parliament elections will determine whether Europe will be able to maintain its Christian character.

How did we get to the point where it’s a possibility that we need to fight for our lifestyle, our way of life and our natural living space?, Orban asked.

He accused politicians in Brussels of continuing to push for open borders policies and multiculturalism which will replace the Christian European culture.

Hungarians want a strong Europe, but they have had enough of the state of affairs in Brussels, Orban said, adding that all conflicts his party has with some of the EU politicians stem from the fact that Hungarians are “not willing to act the way Brussels dictates.”
