An anchored party raft along the Sava River in Belgrade, Serbia, submerged overnight, prompting police intervention to safely evacuate around 30 guests and staff, as reported by Serbian television RTS on Sunday morning.

Amidst the incident, some attendees plunged into the frigid waters in a panicked response. Fortunately, no severe injuries were reported. This occurrence echoes a similar incident last New Year’s Eve, although there were no casualties then as well.

Belgrade, situated at the convergence of the Danube and Sava rivers, boasts numerous moored party rafts cherished by the city’s young populace for their vibrant disco and techno nights, lively gatherings, and trendy dining spots.
