The newly appointed Additional Deputy Minister of Finance in the transitional government, Elena Petrova, assumed office today. She received a warm welcome from the Minister of Finance, Fatmir Besimi, and the Deputy Minister of Finance, Filip Nikolovski.

The Ministry of Finance, through a post on its website, announced that Minister Besimi held a meeting with Nikolovski and Petrova today. During the meeting, Besimi extended a welcome to Petrova and expressed his wishes for her success in her new role. The composition of the new technical government, tasked with leading the country until the elections on May 8, was approved by Parliament yesterday. In accordance with legal regulations, the Ministry of Finance appointed an additional deputy minister as part of the transitional government.
