M-NAV contradicts Dragi Raskovski, the Government’s Secretary General who claimed that the contract mentioned in the media was signed in 2016.
On Friday, Expres.mk published a text saying that Raskovski rigged a public procurement contract worth seven million euros. According to the news portal, a contract financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is being negotiated in a conversation between three senior state officials.
After the publication of the transcript and audio recording, which were published without any changes, Raskovski said that the contract and the selection of the most favorable bidder were made in 2016.
On December 14, it was published on M-NAV official page that a contract was signed with the Italian manufacturer Leonardo for the procurement and installation of the new air traffic management system at M-NAV.
According to their report, the contract includes a new technical-operational premise suitable for placement of the system, and the procurement process was conducted in accordance with the EBRD rules and policies and the overall process was supervised and approved by the EBRD.
