The leader of VMRO-DPMNE, Hristijan Mickoski, reacted that the government of SDSM and Zoran Zaev adopted the harmful and in many ways criminal Makpetrol law, which will allow it to transfer as much as 33 million euros directly from the public treasury to the account of this company.
From now on they will have to live knowing that 80 thousand people died from the coronavirus, went through real hell and fought for their lives, because the Government invested 33 million euros in Makpetrol, not in building a system to prevent the spread of the outbreak.
They will have to live with the knowledge that the relatives of those 2,500 people who lost their lives due to the battle with the coronavirus will have, that they could be saved if the state, instead of Makpetrol, invested in proper health care with increased capacities.
The vermins in the government should live with the knowledge that instead of 33 million euros in Makpetrol, they could give money to 55 thousand citizens, as many jobs were lost during the crisis, parents, mothers and fathers who will leave their children without a smile and a present this year. Unfortunately, due to these 33 million euros of Zaev, these children will be left without the right to a New Year’s wish.
They will have to live with the knowledge that they gave 33 million euros to Makpetrol, and not to the tobacco growers who are still freezing on the streets demanding justice and a good price for their tobacco. Unfortunately, their children will be left without the opportunity for a little happiness and a New Year’s present.
And since I see that the management of Makpetrol mentions me, I will send a message to them, as well as to the people in the government, it was never my goal to influence or direct the editorial policy of Telma TV as they claim in their statement, I leave it to Zaev. And if they have proof of their claims, I call on them to publish them, otherwise they become a television of fake news and censored truth.
Finally, I promise you that one of the first points that will be considered by the new government of VMRO-DPMNE will be exactly this harmful agreement for which I am sure there will be accountability, said Mickoski.
