The price of oil derivatives will not change today because the conditions for that have not been met, the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) told MIA.

Regarding the proposed legal changes that are in parliamentary procedure, ERC says that at the moment when the amendments to the Law on Excise Tax enter into force, ie as soon as the Parliament adopts them and they are published in the Official Gazette, the Energy Regulatory Commission will immediately hold a main session where a decision will be made on the highest retail prices of oil derivatives in which the new excise tax will be appropriately incorporated, ie a new decision will be made.
