Austrian Foreign minister Michael Linhart, who is visiting Macedonia, said that he hopes the country will be allowed to open its EU accession talks, but there are no guarantees.

We continue to support opening the accession talks in December, Linhart said after his meeting with Macedonian MFA Bujar Osmani. He added that, according to Austria, Europe is not complete without the Western Balkan countries.
