The city of Kumanovo, which has the third highest number of coronavirus cases after Skopje and Debar, is facing a shortage of ambulance vehicles and trained staff.

Local media report that emergency response teams are forced to screen calls, and only react in cases where a life is threatened. For days city authorities have called on the Government to impose a quarantine, so they would stop the spread of the virus.
