The Criminal Council of the Basic Criminal Court – Skopje rejected the appeals of Bojan Jovanovski and Zoran Mileski.

According to the Criminal Court, acting on the appeals filed against decisions of a pre-trial judge dated July 15, 2019, the Criminal Council of the Basic Criminal Court – Skopje held Wednesday a session on which, after appreciating the allegations in the appeals, as well as the facts and arguments in the case, reached a decision to reject the appeals as unfounded, and confirmed the decisions of the pre-trial judge in full.

The Criminal Court accepted the BPPO’s proposal on organized crime and corruption on the 15th of this month and ordered 30 days of detention for the two suspects.
