Computer crimes police fild charges against two men from the village of Rasce near Skopje for stealing data from credit cards and then using them to make payments and purchase goods.
One of the defendants was working at a sales point late last year, an used his phone to take photos of customers’ cards including their security numbers. He collected data from 17 customers and, with his accomplice, used it to make payments. After the customers complained, the police raided his home and found sufficient evidence to prepare charges.
