There is little room for our state to make some concessions. The Macedonian people, nation, language are not up to debate. We do not have a common history. That is a catastrophic mistake, MP and President of the Democratic Union, Pavle Trajanov, told “Studio 10″ show.

We have nothing against the Bulgarians. The literary language was adopted when the state was formed. The main problem in both Bulgaria and Greece is the Macedonian minority. The Prespa Agreement needed political courage to be reached, but these demands from Bulgaria are absurd. Minority issues will be resolved through conventions. If Bulgaria agrees to adopt a declaration, even to cross the border only with IDs, I would support, but if a decision is made that would be further abused, if the Macedonian identity is eroded, it will not pass in Parliament. I hear the same comments from many MPs, said Trajanov.
