The Energy Regulatory Commission advised utility companies not to disconnect customers who fail to pay their bills while the coronavirus epidemic lasts.

We want to assure citizens that there will be no cut-offs in services in electricity, water and heating supply while we are under a state of emergency. Companies that we regulate have shown solidarity and societal responsibility, said regulator chairman Marko Bislimoski.
