Gostivar police did not order the SDSM member of Parliament Blagojce Trpeski to undergo a breathalyzer test, after the incident he cause today.
The visibly inebriated member of Parliament for the ruling majority assaulted a 33 year old man who was parking his car and was accompanied by his small child. Trpeski smashed the man’s windshield, in an incident which was apparently caused by a parking dispute.
Republika was unofficially informed that Trpeski was not ordered to take the test that would determine his alcohol level because he is a member of Parliament. Failure to order a participant in an incident, especially one involving vehicles, to take the test, raised suspicions in Gostivar that the police will try to cover for the ruling party politician.
