Hristijan Mickoski, leader of the main opposition party VMRO DPMNE, said Tuesday on TV 24’s “Otvoreno” show that he wanted to unite with the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia, not with Zoran Zaev.

That is exactly what we as VMRO-DPMNE did, we united with the people and our priority was the interests of the people and our homeland, said Mickoski.

Mickoski emphasized that the time when party interests were first and the state and citizens’ interests second is passing, stressing that he, as president of VMRO-DPMNE and his aids, would unite with the Macedonian people and the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia.
