12 positions in the Ministry of Interior today are given new chief and managerial positions on the proposal of the Minister of Interior in the interim government Nake Culev. 

Culev has the right to appoint 15 new positions, and the minister will further decide on the other three. By law, current heads will become deputies to the newly appointed.
