Member of Parliament Marija Miteva announced that she is resigning, after she was named spokeswoman of the Government.

I do not hold two positions at the same time, and legally I’m not allowed to. The Parliament has only to note my resignation at the next session, Miteva said. She added that she will not participate in the work of the legislative body until the resignation is noted.
