In an interview with TV Kanal 5 on Saturday, VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski talked about Macedonia’s Euro-Atlantic prospects, Zaev’s purge, about the possibility of early elections, but also why VMRO-DPMNE prefers a parade of family values rather than a pride parade.

I did not see a purge, I saw a purge resulting from pressure from social media and the public when it was clear to everyone that Zaev could not be prime minister and finance minister. Zaev has underestimated everyone in the Ministry of Finance and the Government. We have to make these people in the government realize that what they are doing is not good. It is, therefore, better to call an early parliamentary election as soon as possible. Zaev in the Parliament said that he would not crush us in elections, so let him call early elections, said Mickovski.
