A new large rally is planned for today in the capital Skopje. Two groups of protesters, led by the opposition VMRO-DPMNE party, will descend on the city center, driving and walking from the Karpos and Aerodrom districts, starting at 12:30.
This is a second such protest in Skopje, and seven cities held protests on Friday afternoon as well. The main demand is the resignation of Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, after his complete surrender on all issues raised by Bulgaria, which demands major concessions from Macedonia on issues of national identity and history.
