According to a press statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani will be attending the 8th Regional Forum of the Union for Mediterranean (UfM) on Monday in Barcelona.

Ayman Safadi, Jordan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, and Josep Borrell, the EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, will co-chair the forum.

The 8th UfM Regional Forum will be attended by representatives of the 43 UfM Member States.

Discussions will center on the Israel-Palestine conflict and its ramifications for the Middle East, according to the Foreign Ministry.
