Starting with October, pharmacies will issue medicine paid by the public FZO fund only to patients carrying a prescription and identity documents.

Doctors and associations of patients called on FZO to abandon the plan, saying that many patients are not in a situation to come in person to the pharmacies to pick up their medicine.
