SDSM MPs at tomorrow’s parliamentary session will support the dismissal of Katica Janeva, not for unlawful, but for unprofessional and reckless conduct, Prime Minister Zoran Zaev said Friday in interview with Sitel TV.
It is so illogical that some of Zaev’s close people were involved in “Racket” and that is why Katica Janeva is not dismissed. In order for the Assembly not to impede the procedures upon the request of the Council of Prosecutors, it will act. We have indicated in writing that we will support her dismissal, not for unlawful, but for unprofessional and reckless conduct, Zaev said.
According to him, Janeva’s mandate expires on September 15, and the Parliament must not be an obstacle to the procedure.
Zaev reiterated that he reported the “Racket” case, and the prosecution has been fully acquitted and the proceedings are being conducted in a highly transparent manner.
