Trials in the Special Prosecutor’s Office cases are to resume Monday at the Criminal Court.
For Monday, according to the announcement on their website, there is a scheduled trial in the “Titanic” case, which deals with electoral irregularities. A trial in this case is also scheduled for Wednesday and Friday. This week there is also a scheduled trial in SPO’s case “TNT” in relation to the demolition of Fiat Canoski’s “Cosmos” complex.
The trials continue after the summer court recess that started on July 15, and continues during a period when the online edition of the Italian newspaper La Verita published recorded conversations between Bojan Jovanovski (Boki 13) and Jordan (Orce) Kamcev in the “Racket” case, in which are also mentioned the names of Katica Janeva and Lile Stefanova, who leads the “Empire” case, in which businessman Jordan (Orce) Kamchev is a suspect.
The Italian newspaper began publishing the audio recordings four days ago.
These are audio and video materials that are part of the Public Prosecutor Office’s case in the “Racket” case, but the prosecution claims that they have not been obtained from them.
According to the prosecution, the materials were provided by a witness in the case.
Prosecutor Ljubomir Joveski announced that the prosecutor from the SPO Lile Stefanova was summoned for questioning, and the Prosecutor’s Office announced that everyone involved would be summoned for questioning as well.
