Prime Minister Zaev informed on Facebook that he had arrived in Sofia to participate in the Western Balkans summit as part of the Berlin Process.

We are opening a new chapter in the development of the region and for achieving the standards that put the countries of our region closer to EU membership. Today we will have the opportunity to discuss the key strategic directions for our region, the vision for the Joint Regional Market and the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans. On this occasion, we would like to express our special gratitude to the initiator of the Berlin Process, Chancellor Merkel and Germany, from which we continuously receive strong support for the European perspective of the Western Balkans and regional cooperation.
