Scores killed when Russia shelled a Ukrainian city near Kharkov

At least 21 were killed and 25 are injured when Russian forces shelled the city of Merefa near the besieged city of Kharkov.

Shells rained in the morning on a school and a cultural center. Ukrainian sources say that 10 of the wounded are in serious condition.
