The Ohrid swimming marathon has been canceled. The Macedonian swimming federation said that the iconic race is being called off because of the coronavirus epidemic.

Both planned races, of 10 and 25 kilometers, are not going to take place. The federation hopes that the lake Ohrid marathon will take place next year and already set the dates on August 21 and 28.
