Greece expects to receive its shipment of coronavirus vaccines tomorrow, and to start inoculating the most critical categories of citizens on Sunday. The same day Bulgaria will begin its vaccination campaign.
Greek hospitals will open over 1,000 vaccination sites and will begin by inoculating the Prime Minister and the President, as well as a retiree and a healthcare worker. The first shipment for Greece contains just 9,750 doses.
Macedonia is left out of the vaccine distribution so far, and the earliest doses it can hope to get may come from Bulgaria, which offered to share some of its doses.
