The European Commissioner for Enlargement and Good Neighbourhood, Olivér Várhelyi arrived in Tirana, where he was welcomed by Prime Minister Rama, in front of the Congress Palace, where the EU-Western Balkans Summit will be held.
Partnership, that is what we offer and that is the reason that this summit is being held for the first time in the Western Balkans, Várhelyi told the media briefly.
