The Finance Ministry said that a total of 1,283 citizens took part in the bond issue purchasing bonds for a total of 1.448 million denars (25 million EUR).

The Ministry expected intrest for half of that amount. The two year bonds were issued with a 5 percent interest rate, and Finance Minister Fatmir Besimi said that the first tranche matures in a year.
