On the proposal of the Ministry of Finance, in order to further strengthen the fiscal discipline and raise the awareness of the citizens for mandatory requesting and taking of fiscal receipts, the government at a session on Tuesday approved organizing the prize game “My VAT, My Prize”.

The measure, according to the government’s press service, will generate additional revenue for the citizens and will be implemented by the State Lottery of the Republic of Macedonia, as a state-owned authorized trading company in co-operation with the Ministry of Finance and the Public Revenue Office.
