Government spokesman Muamet Hoxha said at Wednesday’s press conference that appointing a director of the Agency for the implementation of the Law on Languages was discussed at Tuesday’s government session and that it was concluded that the director should be chosen via public call.

“The establishment of the Agency stems from the Law on the Use of Languages. At Tuesday’s government session, the appointment of the Director of the Agency was discussed, and the general conclusion was that the director should be chosen through a public call, and the General Secretariat is obligated to issue the call,” said Hoxha.
