Bojan Jovanovski – Boki 13, the showman at the center of the racketeering scandal, will appear before the organized crime prosecutors today.
Boki 13 refused to testify two weeks ago, insisting that he is allowed to inspect the evidence against him. He was eventually allowed to do so, excepting the testimony of his co-defendant Zoran Mileski – Zoki Kicheec. It’s still unclear when will Janeva testify.
The two, along with former Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva, are accused of extorting millions from businessmen, using Janeva’s influence in the judiciary and her and Boki’s ties with the ruling SDSM party.
