Macedonians are discriminated with the Law on Languages, says academician Katica Kulavkova.

DUI / SDSM’s Law on Languages guarantees no single society for all, neither peace, nor progress, on the contrary, society is fragmented, Macedonians are discriminated, institutions are ineffective, the budget is burdened, the revolt is large, we are regressing, there is no understanding on any basis, says Kulavkova.

Immediately after the Venice Commission’s report, Kulavkova recalled that she and her colleagues had long warned of substantial flaws in the Law on Languages.

The law is contrary to the EU Charter for Regional and Minority Languages. The Albanian language is imposed as a state language throughout the territory, at all institutions and at all levels, which is a hybrid attack on the unitary character of the country, said Kulavkova.
