A new procurement scandal is revealed in the city of Skopje. Mayor Silegov is planning to purchase concrete flower pots for over a thousand EUR a piece.
The procurement contract provides 3 million denars, or 50,000 EUR, for just 45 pots. It’s the latest very suspicious contract that is being pushed shortly before the October elections.
