The Vice President of VMRO-DPMNE, Aleksandar Nikoloski, said in an interview with TV Sitel that according to him, in the 30 years of Macedonian independence and autonomy this is the worst, most difficult year, listing three reasons why it is so.

First there was the health crisis due to the coronavirus, then there was the economic crisis also caused by the coronavirus and there was a complete blockade of Macedonia’s EU integration as well as a new blockade by Bulgaria and when you put all this together, it is the worst year so far, said Nikoloski.

He stressed that the Government is to blame for all this, which failed to deal with the economic, health crisis and the blockade of Macedonia’s EU integration.

He pointed out that the government in 2020 made a debt of 1 billion and 600 million euros, which, as he said, is the highest debt in the history of Macedonia.
