Public transportation in Skopje could be hit again by a strike, as the city hasn’t paid private contractors for three months.

The owner of a private company, which holds several lines in the city but transit, told Plusinfo that the companies are in serious condition with the late payments. “If we are not paid immediately, we will be forced to stop operations and begin a strike”, the company owner said.
