After long negotiations, about two weeks ago the “Pucko Petrol” oil company bought the land of the former “Alumina” factory, which covers about 42 thousand square meters, “Faktor” has learned.

According to the news portal’s information, “Pucko Petrol” paid a sum of 18 million euros for this land, which until now was owned by the Israeli “Gazit Globe” company, but with the paid taxes and other duties, in fact this deal cost the company about 24 million euros.

The head of the company, Asmir Jahoski, son of the longtime mayor of Plasnica, now MP, Ismail Jahoski, confirmed the information about the investment to “Fackor”.

According to him, a gas station of “Pucko Petrol” will not be built on the site, but the possibility that there will be residential buildings and business premises is not ruled out.
