The Executive Committee of VMRO-DPMNE met today and issued a public call to the members of Parliament to be mindful of coming attempts by the Zaev regime to make further concessions on crucial issues of history and national identity. Zaev is under pressure from Bulgaria to accept their demands, and he did as much in an interview, but Bulgaria wants a legally binding document that will have to go through Parliament.

We express our concern with the state of affairs in the Republic of Macedonia, with the all around failures of the Zoran Zaev Government. These are the worst first 100 days of any Government we had so far. The Executive Committee calls on the members of Parliament to watchfully follow the developments linked with the blockade of the Euro-integration process and the attempts to erase Macedonian identity, the opposition party said in a press release.

There is no proposal currently before Parliament, but the Zaev regime is in secretive talks with Bulgaria, as the neighboring countries demands rewriting of Macedonian history and the blurring of distinction between the Macedonian and Bulgarian nation.
