North Macedonia quickly become a role model, an example of how even the most difficult bilateral issues are settled, and Europe should reward our country for that, Prime Minister Zoran Zaev said at a meeting with former Austrian President Heinz Fischer in Vienna.

According to the government’s press release, Prime Minister Zaev informed Fischer about the latest political developments in the country, that is, about the successfully conducted presidential elections, as well as the course of reforms in several key areas.

At the same time, the meeting reaffirmed the support that Austria continually gives to our country on its EU path. And that it will continue to do so until North Macedonia becomes a full member of the EU, reads the press release.

Prime Minister Zaev accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister in charge of Economic Affairs Kocho Angjushev, Finance Minister Dragan Tevdovski and Minister of Education and Science Arber Ademi will take part in the Vienna Economic Forum (VEF) on Monday.
