The Vienna Opera Ball, which will be held on Thursday, is an opportunity for Austrian politicians to invite colleagues from abroad.
Austria’s Chancellor, Sebastian Kurz, invited as his guest at the Opera Ball the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Zoran Zaev, according to APA.
The Vice-Chancellor of Austria, Heinz-Christian Strache, on the other hand, invited at the Opera Ball Serbia’s Foreign Minister, Ivica Dacic.
The reason for Zaev’s invitation at the Opera Ball is primarily the name agreement reached with Greece, as well as the focus of the Austrian foreign policy towards the Western Balkans.
