Albanian protesters burnt the Serbian flag in Tirana, wile protesting against the Open Balkan summit hosted by Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Opposition parties in Albania, and the Government of Kosovo, oppose the so-called Mini Schengen initiative, which they fear will end up being Serb dominated. The initial meeting was moved from Tirana to Elbasan to avoid the protests, but tomorrow, Rama, Zoran Zaev and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will head to Tirana.
