Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama, who is hosting Macedonia’s Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vučić in Tirana, opened on Tuesday the seventh meeting as part of the ‘Open Balkan’ initiative, calling on Kosovo, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina to join the initiative.

It is my pleasure to tell you that today is a crucial moment in our process, because the agreements that will be signed will make an important step towards our goal; to guarantee complete freedom of movement of people, goods, capital and services. Let me go through every pillar of the Open Balkans by repeating the call for everyone to join, because the Open Balkans is an inclusive initiative and certainly encouraging the other three countries in the region to be part of this effort to move forward for the good of the nation, said Rama.
