The Serbian government has adopted new COVID-19 measures that enter into force on December 20, relating to the entry of Serbian nationals and foreign citizens in the country.

Considering the New Year and Christmas holidays, a traditionally higher frequency of people at all border crossings is expected. In order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, the early detection of infected persons and the protection of the health of the people of Serbia, the Government has adopted a decision allowing entry into Serbia only with a negative PCR test, not older than 48 hours, the Serbian government said.
