VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski warns Finance Minister Dragan Tevdovski that he’s failing to meet the budget revenue projections by 2.4 percent, endangering the budget.

If this trend continues, we are looking at a gap of 82 million EUR. This would be a huge number for any country in the region, Mickoski said.

Mickoski has been pointing to the gap in the collected revenue as evidence of the deteriorating state of the economy.

This can only mean that the companies have a decrease in their revenue and that the 2019 Q2 results will be very bad, Mickoski said.

The conservative opposition leader blames this on the series of tax hikes introduced by Prime Minister Zaev and Tevdovski.
