“Not a single euro from the budget goes to help households hit by the energy crisis”

Not a single euro from the proposed 2022 budget is used to tackle the energy crisis we are going through, said VMRO-DPMNE member of Parliament Bojan Stojanoski.

The conservative party called for 250 million EUR in electricity subsidies for households who face a major price spike early next year as domestic production collapsed.

We will not allow such an oversized budget to be served before Parliament without addressing the most pressing needs of the citizens and the economy. A budget of 4.4 billion EUR is big enough to help the citizens and our fragile economy, Stojanoski said.
