The news portal “Kurir” published a comparison of facts that shows that Dragi Raskovski, the Secretary General of the Government of Macedonia, after all, rigged a contract.

The news portal “Expres.mk” published Friday a conversation between three senior state officials over a tender funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The conversation confirms several violations of the law, racist outbursts, and discrimination against entire European nations by the Secretary General of the Government, Dragi Raskoski.

According to the law, Raskovski does not have any authority to speak or to decide on tenders of the M-NAV Joint Stock Company. The other member of the group is a close relative of Zaev’s government minister.

Although the date for the tender expired in 3 days and interlocutors point out that in the conversation, they are aware that they violate the law, but yet award the project to the Italian company.

Raskovski says the contract and the selection of the most favorable bidder were made in 2016.

But what is disputable is that Raskoski however rigged the contract since the reaction says “NO TENDER IS NEGOTIATED”, while in the discovered scandal it is clearly stated that “Leonardo receives or should be elected by decision” and also “Leonardo is a winning company that will win the tender and somehow we are stuck in the procedure,” which is a clear proof and an objection to the reaction of Raskovski, writes “Kurir”.
