Constitutional Court will decide the fate of the illegally built Mavrovo villas

The Constitutional Court will hear a challenge on the new spatial plan in Mavrovo, that allows building of nine villas in a coveted part of the lake shore.

Developers began work on 87 villas next to the Radika hotel, and the local authorities said they will allow nine of them. Even this is challenged before the Constitutional Court.
