The Macedonian State Electoral Commission informed that voting in the presidential elections began as scheduled this morning and is being conducted without problems.
More than 3.000 domestic observers are deployed across the country, along with 419 foreign observers. Most of the domestic observers come from the MOST NGO group.
OSCE/ODIHR has the largest foreign mission, and is bolstered by observers from the Council of Europe and several embassies in Macedonia.
