One Skopje ZOO employee will be tested for bird flu

One employee of the Skopje ZOO will be tested for bird flu, after the illness was diagnosed in a goose on the grounds.

Veterinary authorities culled two dozen birds that were roaming the ZOO grounds. Following interviews with the workers, one is suspected of possibly having bird flu symptoms and four will undergo further monitoring.
