Prosecutors plan to charge the three persons that were caught emailing bomb threats with lesser crimes and not terrorism.

The three arrests did not stop the waves of emailed bomb threats and it’s believed that the persons who were caught were pranksters, while the source of the massive threats is far more serious. Kod reports that one of the cases is being thrown out, even though the suspect admitted the crime.
